Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

•    Manage the intake and modification of sales orders for both samples and finished goods
•    Coordinate and organize product delivery to customers
•    Oversee the invoicing process
•    Manage claims and returns processes
•    Prepare reports for the finance, sales, and management teams
•    Responsible for the customer master data management.
•    Ensure efficient customer service processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
 

Profile

•    Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or equivalent experience
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, transport, or export
•    Familiarity with logistics processes and operators (e.g., forwarders, customs)
•    Practical experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) to manage orders and deliveries
•    Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to organize your work methodically and adapt as needed
•    Proven communication skills
•    Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of French is a plus, and additional languages are an advantage
•    Proficiency in MS Office and a quick learner with various software and applications.
