ICT Team Manager ISM (M/V/X)

With your team, you support the business in the introduction, maintenance and continued support of (new) business system software such as SAP, SharePoint and others….
Function
- You report to the Corporate ICT Manager.
- You are responsible for the daily management of the ICT Team ISM. You manage, coach and motivate a team of ICT Team Lead’s and ICT Specialists (approx. 15-20 persons). You bring structure in the team and improve the efficiency of internal processes.
- You lead (as Project Leader) or participate (as System Specialist) in the full lifecycle of ICT related projects. You manage all aspects of the project: project planning, scope, cost, timeline and risks.
- In support of the Corporate ICT manager, you manage the selection, contract negotiations and evaluation with vendors and providers.
- You keep up with business system innovations by following market evolutions and exploring new applications and providers.
Profiel
- You have extensive and demonstrable experience in leading and managing business software projects (SAP, Sharepoint,…). Project experience within a pharmaceutical environment is a big plus.
- Experience in a GMP environment is a plus.
- Proven people management experience in building, motivating & coaching teams.
- Excellent practical skills in different software applications as MS Office, SharePoint, SAP, SAP-BI,…
- You have experience with Project management methodology (DMAIC, PDCA, Agile Scrum).
- You are fluent in English and Dutch (both written and verbal). Good knowledge of French and/or other languages is an asset.

- Having demonstrated lean/sigma experience is an asset versus other candidates for the job
- You have strong organisational skills and a pro-active attitude.
