Process Engineer (M/V/X)

Functie

  • You keep a complete overview of the technical process and are responsible for the Technology Transfer Process.
  • You attend and perform the follow-up of process engineering risk assessments.
  • You build up equipment & process knowledge by witness relevant parts of the process in production.
  • You monitor the process performance.
  • You prepare process validation documentation.
  • You perform date analysis and ensure a correct reporting. You perform other administrative tasks & ad hoc reporting related to the job.
  • You - together with your colleagues- make sure that technical and process problems are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. You perform root cause analyses with the technical team.
  • You initiate start-up meetings and 'after campaign' reviews.
  • You initiate and follow-up on Operational Excellence projects in order to improve quality performance and/or decrease direct production cost.
  • You work closely together with the other Process Engineers & with other internal stakeholders (QC, R&D, Production, Project Management QA,...).
  • You support the Project Manager with customer interaction for first campaign updates or complex technical aspects of the project.

Profiel

  • You have a Master degree in Chemistry or equivalent by experience.
  • You have a first experience within a production environment.
  • You have experience with the use of statistical tools for data analysis, experience with process validation is of added value.
  • You have experience with or practical knowledge of Operational Excellence- principles and pursue a 'first time right'-attitude.
  • You are able to organise your work in an efficient and autonomous way. You have a pro-active attitude.
  • You are stress resistant and able to deal with work pressure.
  • You have strong communication skills in Dutch & English (oral and written).
  • You are able to negotiate and work together with a variety of people.
