Project Engineer
You are responsible for the realisation of engineering projects and take part in the execution of large engineering projects in order to adapt & optimise current production installations or to design and install new production installations at Wetteren and Balen site.
This includes:
- You are responsible for the realisation of your assigned engineering projects.
- You will work out the scope and planning with the stakeholders
- You make equipment & installation requirements and specifications
- You monitor & report project progress and budget
- You plan & implement qualification steps in order to deliver compliant equipment
- You evaluate and negotiate supplier offers in collaboration with purchasing
- You execute and organise your projects (during construction, installation, commissioning & start-up)
- You manage internal customer requests in order to deliver within time and budget and to fulfil the customers’ expectations.
- You participate as a project team member in large investment projects by f.e. listing up specifications and assist with the design, drafting qualification documents and/or test protocols, lead construction and installation activities, implementing safety measures, providing as-build documentation,….
- You hold a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering or similar by experience.
- You have a first experience in multidisciplinary engineering projects within the pharmaceutical or chemical sector.
- You have experience in different technical disciplines: civil works, equipment, mechanical & piping, E&I, automation, HVAC,…
- You have knowledge of Chemical Process Equipment.
- You have knowledge of ATEX-guidelines and PED guidelines. Knowledge of SIL is an advantage.
- Fluent communicator in Dutch & English.
