Project Manager (M/V/X)

Functie


The Project Manager is supporting the business on the following aspects:

  • You are end responsible for the QOTIF (in time, in full, in quality) execution of the 'service to the customer' . You manage projects starting from the R&D phase through production completion and delivery. 
  • You translate supply agreements into Project Charters with clear objectives, a specified timeline and a defined scope to technically execute the contract. You are responsible for the communication with the customer on all matters (except commercial issues)
  • You support the PFC (Pharmaceutical Fine Chemistry) business by performing project management activities like ensuring that the different projects are aligned and meet the deliverables on time. This is done by working closely together with different departments like supply chain, production, process engineering, R&D and QA.
  • You evaluate the project financially and its performance. You initiate and monitor continuous improvement actions.
  • You assist your  sales counterpart in building a long term relationship with customer.
  • You ensure a good collaboration with existing customers by taking the lead in customer review meetings and you supply background information for business review meeting.

 

You report to the Head of Project Management.

Profiel

  • You possess a Master degree in chemistry with relevant experience in a custom manufacturing environment. 
  • You possess an appropriate technical understanding and have a good overview upon the complete process.
  • You have strong project management skills. You are well organized and are used to work in an autonomous way. You are result driven and stress resistant, able to deliver on time.
  • You are an excellent communicator and negotiator. You are able to solve conflicts between different parties.
  • You are able to build and maintain good long term relationships, internally as well as externally. You are equally a flexible team player.
  • You possess a good knowledge of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of GMP and Operational Excellence methodology (Lean and Six sigma) are an asset.
  • You are willing to travel a couple of days per months.
